They truly do have the largest database out there at a staggering 3.1 Billion Records. Anytime I've interacted with support has actually been a nice experience. They were always very helpful. The interface for searching is layed out well. It's pretty easy to quickly get in and find what you need. They are used heavily by law enforcement and Private Investigators everywhere.
